Genie Exponential Private Limited has been delivering innovative tech consulting solutions since 2015. We specialize in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and digital transformation, with a focus on scalable and secure systems.
Our experience includes managing the world’s largest biometric-based assessment platform, PMGDISHA, and architecting India’s second-largest edutech cloud infrastructure with annual billing of nearly ₹15 Crore. We were also among the first to work on IPv6 protocols as early as 2004.

With over three decades of experience, Vivek Saxena brings deep expertise in business strategy, digital transformation, and AI-led innovation. An IIT Kanpur graduate in Aerospace Engineering, he has led and scaled ventures across fintech, enterprise tech, and consulting domains. As CEO, he combines strategic foresight with hands-on execution, guiding Genie Exponential in delivering high-impact, tech-driven solutions across industries.
Manish Agarwal CTO
With over 20 years of experience in cutting-edge technologies, Manish has led the execution of some of India’s most ambitious digital initiatives, including the PMGDISHA platform and large-scale edutech cloud infrastructure. An IIT Kanpur Electrical Engineering graduate (2001), he has been at the forefront of innovations in cloud computing, IPv6 adoption, and scalable system design. His strategic leadership and deep technical expertise have consistently delivered secure, high-performance solutions across sectors.
Ajay Kumar CIO
Ajay Kumar, CIO at Genie Exponential, blends deep creative insight with advanced technical expertise. With a background in storytelling, AI tools, and scalable platform development, he brings a unique approach to solving complex business problems. A Master’s graduate in Mathematics and Scientific Computing from IIT Kanpur, Ajay has led innovative initiatives across media, education, and tech sectors. Ravi Verma
Ravi Verma is a seasoned technology leader and enterprise architect with over 25 years of experience, making him an invaluable adviser for AI startups. His extensive expertise spans AI/ML frameworks, cloud computing (Azure, AWS), DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern web architectures (React, Spring Boot, Drupal), demonstrated through leadership roles at organizations like HQ Software Consulting (Architect and Lead, 2022-2024), California Department of Housing & Community Development (IT Architect, 2018-2022), and the State of California (Enterprise Architect, 2017-2018). Ravi has driven innovation in grant management platforms, cloud migrations, and BI solutions, working with clients such as the California Department of Justice, WestEd, and Unisys.
